All of our personnel are OQ Certified and OSHA trained.

Line Lowering is one aspect of a complete Depth of Cover Management (DCM) program. BEI can survey the location gather depth and elevation information to determine a best course of remediation. If the pipeline needs to be lowered, we can perform the pipeline lowering following your company policies and/or along with industry “best practice” methods. In some cases, the survey may reveal that additional coverage over the pipeline would be a sufficient repair. If so, we can arrange for the proper coverage material and place it over the pipeline.

BEI can perform Pump Foundation replacements and repairs. If the repair is simple, we can refurbish the pump foundation by repairing the concrete and add in grout as needed or warranted. If the project is a complete pump base and foundation install – our method is second to none. Our mechanical and survey crew will benchmark the site and reference measure the existing pump base. We will measure the new pump base and use our “in-house” procedures to assure the new pump base will mount exactly as needed. This “in-house” process has allowed us to make new installations match perfectly to your incoming and outgoing pump flanges. Have you ever had to alter pipe to make your new pump base match? This problem is almost all but eliminated when BEI performs the service. We will install per your company specifications, complete all the concrete and grout work, and provide slump testing documentation as needed.

BEI Offers Certified Pipeline and R-Stamp Welding Services. Using our Mechanical Excavation crews and our Certified Pipeline Welders will greatly aid in your In-Line Inspection (ILI) repairs.

BEI again offers well trained personnel, with years of experience, completing various types of surface preparation, using High Pressure Hot and Cold Water cleaning, Abrasive Blasting, with various medias, blast recovery and containment systems, application of Automotive finishes, and High Performance coating’s and lining’s. BEI offers shop and onsite services. Quality control is a key to these services. BEI completes documentation as to weather conditions, humidity, dew point, temperature, substrate condition and temperature, blast profile, wet and dry coating film thickness readings, and spark testing results as required.
