Lubo - Air Waste Sorting System
The Lubo Vibro-Air Sort is a smart and compact solution for the separation of materials with different specific gravity. For example, the Vibro-Air Sort is particularly suited to the removal of polystyrene contamination from sieve sand, or for applications in glass recycling for the removal of contamination by paper and films. Processing capacity is dependent upon the fraction to be separated, but is typically up to 6 tonnes per hour.

Lubo - Glass Breaker Screen
The Lubo Glass Breaker Screen consists of a two deck star screen which is designed to break and screen the glass fraction in a waste stream. Firstly, the glass is broken by the first deck consisting of shafts with wear-resistant Hardox steel stars. After the glass is broken, the glass falls onto a second screen with conventional rubber stars.
BeeFoam - Most Dust Suppression System
BeeFoam is a uniquely effective dust suppression for multiple applications. It reduces hazards and increases productivity simultaneously. Most dust suppression systems use only water, which makes the material too wet for proper separation and causes water damage to the equipment. BeeFoam uses a minimal amount of water mixed with air to create a foam that binds to dust and weighs it down. The material can continue to be properly separated (even fines) dust free for up to 12 days. Dust causes problems anywhere form annoyance and poor visibility up to serious health risks and fires. With the simple application of BeeFoam you can have a dust free work environment that is all-around safer and more effective.

Lubo Vibrating Feeder is a heavy-duty bunker with a vibrating gutter to gradually feed the sorting system. Bollegraaf - Drum Feeder
The Bollegraaf Drum Feeder is specifically designed to optimize waste paper sorting systems. The Drum Feeder ensures that your sorting system, baler or shredder has a constant flow of material. The BRS Drum Feeder consists of a drum with Hardox combs, a heavy-duty steel deck, and material carriers powered by a chain with two tension bearings mounted in the tensioning station. The bearings have a grease cartridge for a minimum of 10,000 working hours.
