Modular dosing system (MDS) for filling conductive liquids in filling machines with electromagnetic flowmeters

Oval wheel meters type OI are used for the measurement of liquid products such as liquefied gases, acids, alkaline solutions, fats, alcohols, solvents, dispersions, polymers, poly-condensates, paints, colors and adhesives etc.

Oval Wheel Meters Type OaP / OP are used for measuring liquid raw, intermediate and finished products such as liquefied gases, gasolines, heating oils, lubricating oils, transmission oils, solvents, bitumen, alkaline solutions, acids and other chemical liquids.

The UR-06 is used for the acquisition, display and output of mass and volume flows, including the calculation of net values for standard conditions. The integrated batch function allows the UR06 to acquire batches via external signals and store them in the original document memory. Plug-in modules allow the connection of different sensor systems for the acquisition of mass flow, pressure, temperature or density.

The URS-06 can be used for simple dosing tasks. Pumps and valves can be controlled. Operation is via a 3.5 inch touch screen with integrated PLC. This allows the operator to make all the necessary entries for dosing.

The turbine meter is used for flow and volume measurement of liquid.

The liquid density sensor of the DIMF series is used for continuous measurement of the density / concentration of liquids or liquid mixtures.
