Botek chassis scale B6CV is developed and certified according to the latest regulations for mobile weighing. It is approved legal for trade weighing, to be used for financial transactions such as billing based on collected or unloaded weight. The scale is installed between the chassis and the body of the vehicle. It is widely used when emptying containers, underground containers, 4-wheel bins or when unloading different fractions.

Botek automatic bin weighing system for rear loaders and side loaders weighs dynamic and records collected weight from all types of domestic and trade containers. The scale is designed for mobile use and weighing is compensated for lifter acceleration and inclination of the vehicle without limitations. The robust load cell is installed in-between lifter and comb and connected to a weighing instrument mounted in the cabin.

A robust platform scale system is integrated with the lift and can be connected to a computer for registration and communication via mobile internet. A printer is connected to the computer to establish necessary documentation according to ADR regulations.

MiniTrio is a portable RFID-reader primarily used to read tags on containers and in separate waste rooms. The reader is able to handle all types of RFID-tags used in the waste industry. It communicates with the host via Bluetooth. The reader can store up to 2000 registrations including time and date from the moment of recording. The complete reader with antenna, battery and Bluetooth device is not much bigger than a matchbox.

The RFID antennas are mounted on the side bin lifter of the refuse truck. They read the unique code from the bin´s RFID transponder while the bin is emptied. The system collects and stores detailed information and exceptions can easily be added, for example: blocked, overfull or broken bins.
