At Boulden, our experience with reciprocating and rotating equipment isn’t limited to upgrading wear components. Collectively, our team has hundreds of years of experience helping end-users improve the operations and maintenance of their machinery. We understand that achieving high levels of reliability and efficiency – consistently – requires attention to all core aspects of operations. Our practical approach starts with understanding how machinery is utilized and maintained, and how critical each piece of equipment is to the overall performance of the system. We draw on our years of experience and understanding of top-quartile business practices to provide guidance on maintenance and repair practices that complement operational objectives.

In 2021 we launched BG Industrial Services, a Union-based Millwright Services business that leverages the application and machinery knowledge embedded at Boulden. We have a highly trained group of Millwrights and Supervisors with extensive machinery knowledge that belong to the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America.
