Hydrography

Specialist dept measurements are made so clients– such as dredging companies or port authorities –can efficiently manage workingprocesses like dredging, port maintenance and replenishment work. Sediment density measurements can also be conducted in order to map out navigable channels. This can save unnecessary dredging work and therefore cut costs.

Bathymetry

Braveheart Shipping vessels are deployed for the production of electronic sea charts (ECS). The vessels were prepared for onboard installation of advanced equipment so that 3D models and charts can be produced using accurate RTK positioning and multi beam echo sounders.

Survey

Besides depth measurements, the Braveheart Shipping vessels can also be deployed for survey the water column and bed. Using deck equipment, such as an A frame, winch and crane, CDT and density sensors can be lowered down to the bed in a controlled manner.

Crew Tendering

Braveheart Shipping is a sort of water-based taxi service. Seven days a week, 24 hours a day, the vessels sail back and forth between dry land and the working area (platforms, trailing suction, dredgers, etc.). All tender work is carried out by Braveheart Shipping using fast and extremely seaworthy vessels.Transport is possible up to wave height of seven meters, sailing at a speed of 20 miles an hour.The vessels have room for 15 people on board. Braveheart Shipping transports not only people, but also provisions, packages and materials.
