The tried and tested BRAWOLINER is a seamless textile hose with a seamless foil coating. Thanks to its special loop construction, the BRAWOLINER is extremely flexible and therefore ideally suited for the renovation of small diameter defective sewerage found within private households and industry. It is proven that BRAWOLINER  can adapt perfectly to bends of up to 90° and changes in pipe dimensions, without creating any wrinkles or folds. The liner can be installed with an inversion pressure as low as 0.2 bar and therefore does not create any further stress on the pipes. BRAWOLINER  was the outstanding winner in the IKT product test: It was best able to fulfil the requirements regarding quality, product performance, renovation success and quality assurance.

The rehabilitation of laterals, drains and sewers with changes in diameter is a big challenge for many rehabilitation methods and systems. Particularly, changes in diameter, for example from DN 100 to DN 150.

Longitudinal fractures, broken pipes and holes can dramatically affect the structural integrity of the pipe. Such damage is often caused by poor installation, overloading, traffic or ground movement. The rehabilitation of this type of damage is essential to restore structural integrity and water tightness. The new BRAWOLINER XT system from KOB has a higher stiffness whilst still maintaining its unique flexibility. For this reason the liner is ideal for the renovation of structurally impaired or deep pipes with bends and changes in diameter. BRAWOLINER® XT is available in the nominal widths DN 125 until DN 250 and is available in lengths of 25 m, 50 m or 100 m.

For domestic rehabilitation BRAWOLINER have been equipped with a special temperature-stable film, which means that steam curing is also possible at high temperature. The BRAWOLINER HT offer in addition the same advantages as our tried-and-tested BRAWOLINER.

The fast-reaction epoxy resin is particularly suitable for the renovation of short stretches of piping up to 15 meters. A hot cure can be achieved within 100 minutes.

This slow-reaction epoxy resin is particularly effective for the renovation of longer lengths of pipeline or larger diameters. BRAWO® III has a handling or installation time of around 3,5 hours at an ambient temperature of 15°C. Hot curing at 50°C allows complete curing in only 3,5 h

BRAWO RR is the extra quick-hardening 2K- epoxy resin of BRAWOLINER®. By a bundle size of 1.5 kg and a hot curing time of just 75 minutes it allows an economic renovation with hat profiles, connection cuffs and short liners. Of course BRAWORR is also suited for ambient curing beginning from 5°C. Like the proven BRAWO resins BRAWO RR can be used on humid and dry as well as on mineral (e.g., to sewage pipes) or metallic subsoil. The high chemical resistance and excellent product features guarantee a permanently good rehabilitation result. Ideally for the BRAWOLINER renovation of drainpipe connections.

BRAWOLINER® renovation trailers offer optimum working conditions for each renovation team. The ergonomic design of the impregnation unit, the climate control cabinet and the layout of the work area make work considerably easier. Tools, equipment and materials can be safely stored in clear and well laid-out racks and storage spaces which keep everything tidy and secure during transportation.

The electrical impregnation plant enables a protective and even impregnation of the liner, with the epoxy resin, without any overstretching of the lining material. Due to its exact adjustable roller distance, indicated with a digital display, an even wall thickness of the liner can be controlled throughout its complete length. Furthermore it is possible to control the speed and direction of the rollers and the conveyor belt. This makes it easier to impregnate long lengths of liners. The additional roller conveyor can be used to extend the length of the impregnation table. An even and consistent impregnation of the lining felt is a key factor in producing a high quality liner.
