Breitfuss is a pioneer in this area of mobile monitoring technology. We were involved in the planning, design, and implementation of the first ambient air monitoring vehicles and immission measuring networks in Germany. Since the company’s inception, we have developed a variety of measuring vehicles in the environmental sector with a focus on air and water measuring technology for public and private clients.
Breitfuss-Messtechnik - Public Safety Measurement Vehicle
Public safety is a topical issue. We implement projects in the areas of detection and analysis of nuclear, chemical, and biological agents and toxic industrial chemicals. In addition to NBC incident vehicles, we offer our customers a range of other specialized solutions such as vehicles for explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) or equipment for airport luggage checks. We use our extensive expertise in the area of environmental monitoring tor the development of measuring vehicles for fire departments, police, and the German military forces.
Breitfuss-Messtechnik - Automotive Measurement Vehicle
For over ten years, we have been developing mobile solutions for use on test tracks by vehicle manufacturers and shock absorber manufacturers. These make it possible to carry out chassis tuning and adjust shock absorbers directly on the test track during the development of new vehicles. The vehicles are air-conditioned and feature a workshop area, a kitchenette, and a meeting area. Equipment and arrangement are customizable.

Breitfuss-Messtechnik - Environmental Monitoring Containers
Since its foundation, Breitfuss has built more than 400 ambient air monitoring stations. The measuring containers are designed to size, with an individual arrangement of windows, doors, and partitions. They are manufactured using GRP or aluminum sandwich construction with a smooth, seamless outer and inner skin, bonded with a foam core under vacuum. In line with our customers’ requests, we integrate analyzers instruments produced by all well-known manufacturers and complete the measurement systems by adding our sampling systems, data collection and analysis software, calibrators and zero air conditioning systems.
Breitfuss-Messtechnik - Mobile Laboratory Container
Our laboratory containers are housed in special ISO containers and allow for on-site analysis on land and at sea. The interior walls are smooth, seamless, and easy to clean and decontaminate. The stainless steel and melamine-coated plywood laboratory furniture designed to size. The laboratory equipment, such as fume hood and glovebox systems, is adapted to the requirement for mobility. The ventilation and air conditioning systems can be upgraded with NBC protective filter equipment if necessary.
