It is body mounted for stability and durability. With fewer moving parts, maintenance is a breeze. The Ranger also features a folding hopper door that allows a lower pitch-in height. The hopper features water-tight clean out doors that are easily reached from ground level.

The Bridgeport Ranger arm is the only automated arm in the industry suited for a lifted AWD chassis due to its unique design. Our Off Road Ranger package can be mated with the chassis of your choice with several different conversion packages available to suit your individual needs. Depending on your application, the Off Road Ranger has multiple tire options for whatever special demands your route requires! We put a piston pump standard on every truck we make and for beach use, we use biodegradable hydraulic oil to ensure you leave the beaches clean and safe.

A body so ecology-friendly, economical and reliable, it is simply a must have for communities that are dedicated to reducing and diverting waste. Dual forward mount hoist cylinders provide more stability to safely discharge typically uneven loads. Body sides are tapered for easier and faster unloading of refuse and recyclables. Roof mounted tailgate cylinders allow for the maximum legal body width of 102”, increasing the capacity by 8% over competitor bodies using the same chassis spec. The body dividing wall is encased in a structural tubing frame and partially clad in Hardox steel for superior strength. Body options include a 50/50 split and a 60/40 split.

Taking industry innovation to a new level, Bridgeport introduces the only compact dual arm semi-automated side loader on the market today. But don’t let its size fool you. This is 12 or 14 cubic yards of solid muscle that is smokin’ efficient in an alley as well as on the street. The arms are operated by an outside control box on each side of the truck. The forward mounted hoist cylinders ensure better stability at the landfill or transfer station. The expanded metal hopper cover opens and closes at each stop to prevent debris from escaping the hopper.

The Ranger CSC is the only body on the market that safely allows the automated arm to extend from within the confines of the body before it grips a cart. Pull carts away from fences or other obstacles safely even in the tightest spaces. The compact telescoping arm retracts inside the width of the truck so the operator can maneuver easily between obstacles in a narrow alley or other confined space.
