Bridges has implimented an electronic accident report database. This enables the company to keep a safe history of all accidents no matter how minor. All accidents are collected and used for the analysis below.

The near miss reporting is a system developed to help highlight possible areas of concern. A near miss is an incident which has occurred where no injury or damage has existed but the potential exists.
