Bronkhorst EL-FLOW - Gas Mass Flow Meters for Low Flow Rates
Bronkhorst model F-111B Mass Flow Meters (MFMs) are suited for precise measurement of flow ranges between 0,16…8 mln/min and 0,16…25 ln/min at operating pressures between vacuum and 100 bar. The MFM consists of a thermal mass flow sensor and a microprocessor based pc-board with signal and fieldbus conversion and a PID controller for optional mass flow control by means of a separately mounted control valve. EL-FLOW Select series are equipped with a digital pc-board, offering high accuracy, excellent temperature stability and fast response.

MASS-VIEW - Direct Thermal Mass Flow Meters (MFMs)
MASS-VIEW model MV-102 Direct Thermal Mass Flow Meters (MFMs) are suited for precise measurement of flow ranges between 20…200 mln/min and 20…2000 mln/min at operating pressures up to 10 bar(g). The MFM has an integrated graphical OLED display, clearly visible at wide angles, which allows reading of actual flow (value and a bar graph), total flow and type of gas. The display features easy set up via a user-friendly menu, using a 4-way navigation push button. The pre-installed gases eliminate the need to recalibrate for different gases and therefore reduce the cost of ownership. Additional features & functions include a variety of alarm and counter functions, an analog output signal, digital interfaces and two relay contacts. The MASS-VIEW series provides modern, novel and economical alternative to variable area meters (VA meters), also known as purge meters. Unlike conventional VA meters these new flow meters measure mass flow instead of volume flow.

Bronkhorst model L23V12 Liquid Flow Controllers (LFCs) are suited for precise measurement and control of flow ranges between 2…100 g/h and 20...1000 g/h at operating pressures up to 100 bar. The LFC consists of a thermal mass flow sensor and a microprocessor based pc-board with signal and fieldbus conversion and a PID controller for mass flow control by means of an integrated control valve. IQUI-FLOW™ series are equipped with a digital pc-board, offering high accuracy, excellent temperature stability and fast response. The main digital pc-board contains all of the general functions needed for measurement and control. In addition to the standard RS232 output the instruments also offer analog I/O. As an option, an on-board interface can be mounted to provide CANopen, DeviceNet™, EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, Modbus RTU, ASCII or TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, POWERLINK or FLOW-BUS protocols.
LIQUI-FLOW - Micro Fluidic Mass Flow Meters for liquids
LIQUI-FLOW mini are very compact Liquid Flow Meters for ultra low flow ranges. The instruments operate on a thermal, thru-flow measuring principle, using a straight, duplex steel sensor tube with a very small internal volume (0,88 mm3, smaller on request). The instruments are particularly interesting to Life Sciences system integrators.

Bronkhorst model P-502C Electonic Pressure Transducers (EPTs) are suited for precise measurement of pressure ranges between 2…100 mbar and 1,28…64 bar absolute or between 0,7...35 mbar and 1,28...64 bar gauge. The EPT has a well-proven compact thru-flow design and includes a diaphragm type piezo-resistive pressure sensor, a microprocessor based pc-board with signal and fieldbus conversion and a PID controller for optional pressure control by means of a separately mounted control valve. EL-PRESS series are equipped with a digital pc-board, offering high accuracy, excellent temperature stability and fast response. Bronkhorst - Process Pressure Controllers (PPCs)
Bronkhorst model P-802CI Process Pressure Controllers (PPCs) are suited for precise pressure control with closed volumes, i.e. with one fluid connection. This PPC model is suited for pressure ranges between 17,5…350 mbar and 3,2…64 bar absolute or gauge. The instrument comprises a diaphragm type piezo-resistive pressure sensor, a microprocessor based pc-board with signal and fieldbus conversion and a PID controller for pressure control by means of two integrated control valves. This dual valve construction is a compact, economical alternative to configurations where forward pressure controllers are combined with separate bleed ports and relief valves. It is considered as a great advantage that the relief valve does not vent to the atmosphere. Furthermore the system can be set for either fast or smooth controlled (de)pressurization. The IN-PRESS model is of rugged design (IP65) for use in industrial environments.
