Brückner offers various line concepts with different working widths and outputs for a highly efficient production of flexible BOPET packaging film. The latest approach is a unique 10.7m concept for BOPET lines – for the highest productivity available to date. The highlight is our unique MDO hot stretch technology for high speeds and output as well as improved optical and mechanical film properties.

BOPA films have a variety of exceptional properties such as puncture, impact, burst and tear resistance. Tough packaging demands, outstanding gas barrier properties, a good resistance to oils, greases, solvents and alkalis as well as freezer-suitability are perfectly covered by BOPA films. They are therefore increasingly in demand for the packaging of fatty and oily food, distilled goods, agricultural or medical products.

Polyester film is the first choice for various optical applications. It is strong and flexible, resistant to heat, abrasion, chemicals and moisture. Brückner provides unparalleled solutions for high performance BOPET optical film grades up to 400 µm.

We provide technologies and services for efficient BOPP film production, including all film types between 12 and 60 µm from plain to multi-layer, high clarity to opaque, barrier, or metallizable for various applications. For voided films (synthetic paper) up to 250 µm our solutions are worldwide leading.
