Bruning & Federle has built its reputation as experts in the design, fabrication, installation and service of industrial pneumatic and material conveying systems and equipment. Bruning & Federle systems are custom designed to handle your specific airflow and product collection needs, including transfer methods for waste collection, material separation, or recycling if required. Each project is handled by a dedicated Sales Engineer who works with you to identify your specific needs, create a tailored, custom solution and oversee your project from start to completion. We provide everything you need for on-site inspections, verbal evaluations and recommendations ending with a written proposal including a CAD drawing and approximate lead times.

At Bruning & Federle Manufacturing Company, we provide a comprehensive range of services including laser cutting, CNC forming, metal fabrication, welding, and structural steel processing. We specialize in delivering custom solutions, whether you need precision components or personalized metal art. Using state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure the highest levels of precision and intricate detailing for even the most complex projects. Our design and CAD team collaborates closely with you to translate your ideas into detailed plans.

Bruning & Federle fabricates both Carolina Blower and B&F fans along with Carolina and B&F rotary airlocks. Each fan is calibrated with Schenck Fan Balancing software and tools. We can also balance any type of fan, hammer mill, tub grinder and mulch grinder. We have the capability to roll and manufacture using metals up to ?" thick, including A/R plate. Our duct department can manufacture pipe 4" to 92" diameter in varying thicknesses of 12 to 20 gauge. Bruning & Federle also manufactures cyclones along with support steel systems for cyclones and bag houses.

Our installation team members are experienced field mechanics who are briefed by the sales engineer and ready to start the installation equipped for all phases of transporting, erecting, and assembly of parts and equipment. If required, dismantling, and/or relocation services for your existing systems can be included in the project. At completion all systems are tested and ran to meet your specifications.

Bruning & Federle offers spare parts for fans, rotary airlocks, worn ductwork/elbows, conveyors, bin dump stations, truck transfer systems, etc. We also supply spare parts and bags/cages for all makes of filters  – including Moldow, Pneumafil, MAC, Donaldson-Torit, Airlanco, CamCorp and Camfil Farr.
