The Alchemist Heating Block is used for the pre-heating of some organic samples and acid vaporizing after microwave digestion.

The BMV-60 (Buck Microwave vessel 60ml) is the easiest microwave digestion vessel to use in the world.

The sample cup consists of an inner vessel body (cup body) and a sealing cap. The buck sample cup is made from solid PTFE for high temperature and pressure use. Our vessels are a Perfect fit for the Alchemist 42-56 Heating Blocks. Pre-treat samples before digestion and evaporate acids (in a fume hood) after digestion.

The Outer Vessel consists of a vessel body and a vessel cap. The outer vessel is made from composite reinforced peak which give it the strength to contain ruptured vessels in the event of an over-pressurization.

Our patented elastomer pressure relief valve automatically re-seals if a vessel relieves pressure up to 60 Bar. This ensures operator safety and allows your samples to be saved in the event of an over-pressurization.
