Due to the variation in applications, Bunting will often custom design machinery to meet customer’s requirements. Bunting use the latest CAD technology to design bespoke machinery. A customer will then be sent the design for their approval.

To give us more understanding of more complex or specialised applications, Bunting offer a free site evaluation service. This enables us to evaluate a client’s application so that we can recommend the most efficient form of magnetic separation for a particular application. This also enables one of our company representatives to hold a personal meeting with a client, explaining face to face how our machinery will perform within an application. This service is free within the UK.

Such tests enable companies to assess the feasibility of projects and confirm the separation and detection abilities of recommended Bunting equipment.

Pro-Start™ commissioning coverage ensures that Bunting products perform to company expectations from its first day on the job. A factory-trained service technician will be on-site to verify the installation, calibrate the equipment to achieve top performance and train personnel. Pro-Start™ extends the original one-year factory warranty to two years and includes two years of phone-based technical support.

Installing Products for Optimal Magnetic Separation. Bunting can offer a commissioning service, for customers who require assistance when installing our equipment. Incorrect installation will prevent our products from performing to their full capability, resulting in an insufficient level of separation. Our experienced Bunting Engineers are able to provide assistance with the set-up of your magnetic equipment to ensure optimum separation and the quickest possible return on investment.

Bunting offers a complete repair and refurbishment service for magnetic separators, eddy current separators and metal detectors.  Mechanical and electrical repairs are carried out by the skilled engineering team at Bunting`s Redditch site in the UK site.  Such repair and refurbishment transforms tired and underperforming separators into `almost new`, extending operating life.
