Our Assured Compliance System (ACS) is a prepackaged, skid mounted pH adjustment system, designed for use as a wastewater treatment process. This pH neutralization system uses our proprietary “hybrid batch technology” to treat continuous flow streams. High efficiency proportional metering pumps, multi-chamber treatment tank, passive equalization chamber, wet-tap with self-cleaning pH probe and heavy-duty gear mixer are all standard. The ACS series units use recirculation loop reagent injection and offer a large retention volume. The system was developed by Burt Process Equipment, a worldwide leader in pH neutralization systems for more than 45 years. The ACS series for pH adjustment accepts a continuous flow of wastewater at flow rates of up to 300 GPM with a pH of 2-12.

The pH Plus is a continuous flow pH neutralization system, handling flow rates up to 50 GPM and pH levels of 4-12. pH Plus neutralization systems are completely integrated, prepackaged systems provide automatic acid neutralization of waste water in industrial environments, using pH adjustment chemicals. They feature advanced instrumentation and controls for easy installation and the highest level of reliability. The compact design provides a smaller footprint and lower cost for installation. They can also be customized for batch pH adjustment when the machine is run manually or with automatic batch controls, available as an option. The PHX-100, PHX-200, PHX-300, PHX-400 and PHX-500 models differ in terms of continuous flow capacity, mix tank volume and reagent pumps capacity.

Our Lab Master series of pH adjustment systems is engineered for the hard to adjust low ion waste streams frequently found in laboratories and semiconductor facilities that handle chemicals high purity water and chemicals. This system uses a pre-treatment feed system for fast, accurate pH adjustments during a wastewater treatment process, without the need for pH oscillation. If the waste material that you’re processing has a large amount of high purity or deionized water, the Lab Master is an effective pH neutralization system.

pH Adjustment Systems control a pH level in the industrial wastewater treatment by injecting the acidic or basic chemicals to neutralize the pH. The pH adjustment system is one of the important elements for treating wastewater in an industrial facility or laboratory. Each industrial facility or laboratory has an effluent permit that dictates the permissible pH level of the wastewater discharge. The pH neutralization system’s facility requirements depend on the properties of the wastewater you are disposing of, as well as the amount of wastewater your facility processes. Simplex Lift Station units are the one pump standard option for the proven solution for your pump lift station needs. Simplex Pump Lift Stations are used for applications where pump redundancy is not required. Simplex Pump Lift Stations are completely automated and designed to handle the most aggressive chemical solutions in plating, waste treatment, semiconductor and biotech applications. Simplex tank units range from 7 to 50 gallons. Simplex Pump Lift Station tanks are available in two plastics, High-Desnsity Polyethylene (HDPE) Simplex Pump Lift Stations or natural Polypropylene Simplex Pump Lift Stations. Simplex Lift Station covers are 1/2" thick bolt-down Polypropylene. Most Simplex Lift Station units are off-the-shelf and can often be shipped the same day.

Chemical Feed Systems (Chemical Dosing Systems) inject chemicals into a waste stream to adjust pH, remove unwanted dissolved or suspended solids, and assist with final water purification. Almost all wastewater treatment processes incorporate chemical feed systems.
