The Aerotor® is a next generation Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) (Biodisc) that combines fixed film reaction, active aeration, plug flow and intense surface area to yield a system that is three times more efficient than traditional RBC designs and has been installed in 1000+ locations worldwide over 35 years.  The Aerotor has all the upsides of traditional RBCs such as process reliability, low operation, power and spare parts cost with none of the downsides such as large footprint, one sided/bridging growth issues & flow bypass during low/high flows.  The Aerotor provides a highly efficient, low maintenance, high quality prefabricated solution to treat sewage from 20 to 5000 PE.  The Aerotor is designed to work with new/existing primary & final settlement tanks.  It is also highly suited to being added to existing plants where extra biological capacity is required. 

The BMS Blivet® Package Final Effluent Polishing Filter (FEPF) is unique ‘all in one’ tertiary sewage treatment solution that can produce very high quality effluent suitable for discharge to the most sensitive environments.  While it is compatible with any type of sewage treatment system, it is especially suited for use in conjunction with the BMS Blivet Package Sewage Treatment System.  The system is completely self contained in a steel reinforced GRP/FRP tank.  It does not require a concrete surround and is suitable for permanent/temporary use. It is now also possible to integrate a UV disinfection system into the unit to achieve the most stringent discharge standards and to produce highly treated disinfected effluent suitable for reuse e.g. irrigation. All Blivet FEPF systems can ship in a standard 40 High Cube Container/Megatrailer.

The BMS Stormbreaker® is an extremely strong Agrément certified storm water attenuation and infiltration system certified to CIRIA C737 with a 94% void.  It can be installed quickly with no clips, minimal cover even under roads and can be transported in half the space associated with other systems.  It is manufactured in certified Polypropylene under ISO 9001 in Ireland. The Stormbreaker also allows maintenance free installations i.e. no grit/silt entry to the system.

How Does it Work? The Drainmax forms an artificial underground reservoir where surface/storm water can be stored and then released at a sustainable rate preventing flooding at the installation location and downstream in water courses and municipal sewers.

BMS manufactures a full range of Petrol & Oil Interceptors (Separators) from 1,000 – 100,000 L including Full Retention, By-Pass & Forecourt Interceptors for all requirements. All BMS Interceptors are manufactured under an NSAI verified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System & to the European Standard; EN 858 1&2. BMS can match any inlet/outlet pipe size and offer a quick turnaround/free design advise.

BMS have designed a range of static grease traps, which require no power and very low maintenance but are highly effective.  BMS Grease Traps have been designed to suit the needs of catering facilities large and small such as restaurants, delis, fast food outlets and large kitchens such as hotels, along with the food and meat processing industries and are compliant with the current EU guidelines EN 1825 1&2.

BMS manufacture a comprehensive range of completely pre-fabricated GRP (Fibreglass) Pump Stations (Sumps) from 1000 l - 100,000 l capacity. All BMS Pump Stations are completely factory pre-fitted with guiderails/valves etc. They are available with or without separate valve chambers/24 hour emergency storage. They allow a far quicker installation and will save the costs/H&S risks/time associated with constructing and fitting a concrete sump on site.

The Compli range of package sewage lifting stations are a great `all in one` solution for lifting sewage from single apartments/houses, to groups of apartments/houses and also for commercial and industrial applications. They are neat package solution that take up a minimum of space and will save money in civil and installations cost compared to traditional concrete sump installations. They are available with a range of different pumps in single/dual configurations.
