The WSWBVC storage tank is Buwatec’s heavy duty storage system. It has a very high tensile strength (S280) according DIN – EN 101147 and a minimal panel thickness of 1,2 mm, which makes the silo robust and suitable for industrial applications. The corrugated steel plates of the silo are always galvanized on both sides, and in most cases protected by a (Plastisol) layer of coating. The WSWBVC tank always comes with minimum panel thickness of 1,2 mm. The tanks are mainly used for processing water or sludge with pumping and mixing activities inside the tanks.

The WSEA tank is always with minimum panel thickness of 1,0 mm. The standard panel length is 2,30 meter and will contribute in easy and efficient loading of container or truck. The installation of our tanks will be carried out manually with the use of hand tools and all installation instructions are based on pictorials.

The BUWAliner PVC 0,5 mm is the ideal solution for rain and clean water storage. The BUWAliner PVC 0,5 mm is suitable for normal conditions for water storage. The liner will be installed together with a fibre blanket to protect the sides and the bottom of the liner against sharp edges inside the BUWAtank. This fibre blanket is a 250 gr/m² felt cloth. The special conical design of the outlets gives maximum flexibility. Buwatec advises the installation of a pre-fabricated conical outlet to control the quality of the welds. The installation of a liner is by stretch band in combination with ratchet buckles. This BUWAliner is the perfect solution for rain and clear water storage under normal circumstances.

BUWAliner Extreme 0,75 mm is the solution for storage of water containing limited amounts of chlorine.

The BUWAliner EX 0,6 mm is a great solution for storing chemically unaltered water and water with limited chemical additions.

The BUWAcone is a self-supporting roof system which can completely cover and protect your tank. The roof system is designed for medium-sized lightweight construction tanks with a diameter from 10 meters up to 18 meters. The roof is based on an uniquely designed aluminum frame which does not require a central support pole. After the installation of the frame, canvas sheets are placed between the roof’s specially crafted framework. The roof is strong enough to carry a 75 kg/m2 snow load. It is protects against UV-light and is rainwater, filth and bird proof. The BUWAcone roof system in combination with a BUWAtank is suitable for industrial applications and for the drinking water business.
