Bvalve - Oxygen Analyzers System

These analyzers are designed to measure continuous concentration of the oxygen in ?ue gases of boilers and industrial ovens. It is perfectly adapted to the control and to the optimisation of the excess of air in combustion and consequently allows a reduction of the consumption of the fuel (fuel oils, gas, coal…). It consists of a ZKM1 (IP 66 version) or ZKM2 (IP 67 version) microprocessor-based converter and a ZFK détector. The converter ZKM is equipped with a LED display for the indication of the measure of oxygen and a LCD display for the con?guration of the analyzer.

Bvalve - Flow Measurement With Primary Elements and Differential Pressure Transmitter

Flowmetering for gas liquid and steam applications based on differential pressure with square root output is a well proven and well adapted technology for ?ow measurement. Different primary ele-ments like ori?ce plate, ?ow nozzle, Venturi tube, Pitot tube, ?ow wedge and others can be selected according the application requirements and the ?ow process. Modular and compact ?owmeter solu-tions, ready to be installed including isolating taps and/or manifold are directly mounted on the ?ow element. The transmitter calibration is adapted to the selected primary element and the ?ow condi-tions of each application. A maximum line pressure of up to 15000 PSI (1035bar) can be supported by the DP transmitter and opens new ?ow measurements for Oil & Gas applications.

Bvalve - Vacuum Pressure Relief Valves

ELEVENT is a presure vacuum relief valve in a modular design with interchangeable components and made completely in stainless steel AISI 316. It is characterised for its extreme stability in combination with its reduced weight and also the valve structure is not at all complicated which gives it the possibility of easy disassembling thanks to the clamps. They also have a very good sealing tightness in pressure and vacuum, these are the important points of the ELEVENT valve. It’s manufacturing range consists of sizes from DN25 to DN250 with process conections in Flanges DIN or ANSI and vacuum pressure of untill -50 mbar relative and discharge pressures of untill 100 mbar relative. In special applications these ranges can be enlarged to reach -200 to +200 mbar relative.

Bvalve - Bellow Valves

Bellows valve 25065-66 Designed for the chemical, petrochemical, process plants, refineries and thermal power stations. Technical Data: The nominal diameters available are DN 15-300 (1/2″-12″) Nominal pressures PN40. Construction materials: carbon steel GS-C25, stainless steel 1.4408/A351 (CF8M), Connections available are Flanges DIN, and connection ends for back welding. Standard construction designs: straight body with flanges, angled body with flanges, straight body with end connections for welding, angled body with end connections for welding. Operating temperatures: -60ºC hasta +400ºC. General Applications: saturated steam, reheated steam, thermal oil, super heated water, ethylene oxide, chlorine, acids, bases and process liquids.

Features of high quality bellow sealed valves. BVALVE Bellow Sealed Globe Valves, with flanges acc. to EN 1092-2, face to face as per EN 558-1 and with ACME stem screw thread and grounded shaft. Multiply layer bellow with long service life made of stainless steel. Min. life cycle of Bellow as per MSS SP-117, metal back seat, safety stuffing box packing made of pure graphite, graphite + stainless steel Gasket, housed in a tongue and grooved flange. Seat ring hard faced, disc with conical and 360º rotating plug made of Stainless Steel + HARD FACED. No ejectable stem, and at the same time performs the function of locking metal/metal in the opened position and prevents the stem from being ejected due to the pressure during the function and at the same time mechanical stop position of the valve opening, giving robustness to it. Valve equipped with pure graphite safety packing.

Tank Unloading Valves (Disc Types). RITAG disc type valves are the most flexible and and modern for the unloading of reactor products, piping or tanks that exist, a solution constructed for every specified application in close contact with our technicians. The disco type valves can be manufactured so that the disc enters the inside of the tank (BA type) or that the disc enters the interior of the valve (BAS type). Available in DN25 to DN500 (1” – 20”), PN10 – PN40 (150Lbs – 600Lbs), also higher pressures available on demand.
