The design incorporates two main components: a main module housing the cleanroom and a technical module with ducting and utilities. This modular system allows for easy transportation globally and positions windows and doors wherever needed. Composed of insulated double skin cladding and sandwich panels, the cleanroom design supports configuration to meet ISO 14644-1 and cGMP standards, achieving ISO 5 to ISO 8 classifications. HVAC systems are integral, sized according to module numbers and desired cleanroom grades, reaching up to 50 exchange rates per hour. Automated IoT systems enable facility-wide monitoring, aiding smooth and non-disruptive operations even during service or modifications.
