C&G - Vacuum Evaporators
High quality condensate. Energy consumption is reduced to a minimum by using a heat pump in a vacuum. With an absolute pressure of ≈ 33 mbar in the boiling chamber, evaporations occurs at very low temperatures (≈ 35 ºC). Volumes treated 150 – 30,000 litres/day. Volumes processed 150 – 30,000 lt/day.
C&G - Vacuum Evaporator
Higher concentration: This evaporator guarantees a higher concentration of the liquid treated, with the aid of a wall scraper system with a lower blade driven by a gear motor. Volumes to be treated up to 1500 lt/g. Volumes processed up to 1500 lt/day.
C&G - Vacuum Wastewater Evaporator
Elimination of the Liquid. The ES series allows you to obtain a concentrate in the form of dry mud/crystals in the boiling chamber, and a condensate that can be recycled into the industrial process. Volumes processed 100 – 1,000 lt/day.
C&G - Vacuum Evaporator
Energy saving and Large Volumes. Alternative energy sources (including methane, GPL, steam, olive residues) can be used to produce hot water or steam as a source of energy for the ME Multiple Effect series. Volumes processed 10,000 – 50,000 lt/day.
Production Lines - Filtration Plants
C&G - Ultrafiltration System
Ultrafiltration allows the treatment of wastewater and process water by sending it at low pressure through special semi-permeable membranes, with the generation of two final flows. It is possible to separate macro molecules of organic and inorganic substances, oils and fats. This technology is used in many different industrial sectors, whether for recovery or treatment, from the plating sector, to regarding petrochemicals and the food sector.
C&G - Reverse Osmosis Plant
The reverse osmosis plant is used to treat process water, pumping it at high pressure through special semi-impermeable membranes. The porosity of these membranes traps particles and ions such as soluble salts and metals. The solution to be treated is pumped through the membrane and generates two flows. One contains all the ions and pollutants which do not pass through the pores, the other consists of water with a low saline content.
C&G - Carbon or Absorption Filter
Plants used for applications that require the guarantee of having a supply of water with a low ionic resistance.

C&G - Ion Exchange Plants
Plants with exchange resins that allow a continuous demineralization of the water. These plants can be used for both primary waters or process waters. They are often used in plating industries to allow the continuous recycling of the rinsing water following the galvanic treatment baths, ensuring constant availability of high quality water.
C&G - Temperature Control Unit for Water Solutions
This allows a controlled temperature to be obtained in a plating bath or other aqueous solutions, both in hot seasons when this tends to heat up, and in cold seasons when the opposite effect occurs. This unit allows you to work under any environmental condition at the optimal temperature required by the industrial process.
