The core of C&S’s business has always been our valued municipal clients. Since 1968, we have continued to diversify and expand our services so that we can of­fer engineering services covering nearly everything a community may need. We serve as the town engineer for a number of communities, representing communi­ties at town and planning board meetings, providing alternative solutions to existing problems, and helping make sure the com­munity and surrounding properties benefit as much as possible when new develop­ments are undertaken.

C&S’s construction management and marketing professionals offer a number of pre-referendum services to help school districts bring their capital projects to fruition. Our project executive leads C&S’s efforts from pre-referendum into the pre-construction phase, managing the daily duties of the C&S team through pre-referendum, including coordinating C&S’s scheduling and estimating efforts, and attending the project team planning meetings, public meetings, and presentations. C&S’s sophisticated marketing department is also available to support the project team with the production of newsletters, mailings, PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and other materials.

As communities and industry look for solutions to solid waste issues, C&S can assist with planning, investigation, design, and construction phase services for solid waste handling facilities, landfills, transfer stations, composting facilities, and recycling centers. During the management phase, C&S can provide certified landfill operators to assist you in the maintenance and implementation of your permit to maintain compliance.
