In addition to formal peer-to-peer networks, C40 also offers member cities additional services through its Programme model.  Programmes are designed to supplement and deepen the effectiveness of C40 networks, ensuring that city officials working together are able to draw upon a holistic range of support services to address the key barriers to city climate action.

C40 Research, Measurement and Planning leverages our unprecedented database of city actions, extensive network of partnerships, and unique organisational insight to demonstrate the power of cities to address climate change. C40’s Research analyses key trends, identify opportunities for further action across the global C40 network, and help prioritize C40 initiative areas with the greatest potential for action and impact.
