In addition, our PROPEL^® carbon black product line is specifically designed to provide tire manufacturers with the tools they need to advance tire performance. PROPEL carbon black products are engineered for use in next generation tire tread compounds, and specifically target improvements in tire durability and rolling resistance.

Our broad portfolio of semi-reinforcing products allows compound designers to select a reinforcing agent that will meet the specific requirements of their application. Our STERLING, REGAL and SPHERON semi-reinforcing carbon blacks can be used in a wide range of tire and industrial rubber product applications. Tire carcasses and general purpose industrial rubber product applications benefit from the use of STERLING and REGAL carbon black.

A carbon black with very high +120 Mesh size cleanliness, very good dispersion and excellent extrusion characteristics. It is the product of choice for Class A automotive weatherstripping, extruded profiles and hose applications.
