Magnetic Disks, rings, blocks and spheres in Neodymium: a new and exceptional magnetic material with a higher quality compared to traditional anisotropic ferrites.

Grid magnetic iron removals are cheap devices suitable for extracting magnetic ferrous metals from inert in recycling plants and waste treatment facilities, in the food industry, in plastic and in wood, in the recovery of ferrous metal from the crushing of appliances, cars, “computer” weee, mineral crushing facilities, all essential for glass and ceramics.

Magnetic iron removal tubes are cheap devices, suitable for extracting iron magnetic metals from inert materials in recycling facilities and for waste treatment, in the food industry, plastic and wood, in the recovery of metal ore from crushed appliances, cars, “computer” WEEE, mineral crushing facilities, and are essential for the glass and ceramic industries.

Conveyor belts are used both for conveying materials to be processed and for magnetic separation using both magnetic pulleys as head rollers and overlapped overbelts with corresponding underlying structures in non magnetic material.

The use of Eddy Current SMNF machines for the separation of non ferrous metals typically requires the use of a Vibrating feeder and/or vibrating screens in order to obtain a single layer of material on the machine, which can then be more easily and efficiently separated.

Magnetic Pots are usually made with iron housing structure and Alnico Magnets, suitable for high operating temperature, up to 450 °C. Usually these pots have inside threaded holes and are nickel coated.

WKP Magnetic Pots are produced with Neodymium or Ferrite Magnets, by drawing process. A through hole, not threaded, but countersunk is always present. Coating is usually Nickel.

The RCC models are made with a working center. The bipolar system guarantees the flow rate even in the presence of an air gap (see graph).

Indispensable for the transport and handling of sheet metal and metallic plates in general. They guarantee the capture of only one sheet at a time, eliminating the risk of double-feeding.
