Fine blanking process is a specialized precision stamping which combines cold extrusion and stamping technologies to produce parts with relatively smooth straight edges and superior flatness. Equipped with continuous heat treatment lines for oil / water / polymer quenching & tempering and controlled cooling lines for micro-alloyed steels.
We also have Phosphating, Bonderising facilities to manufacture all kinds of forged parts as per customer specifications. All International Standards such as AISI, ASTM, DIN, JIS, BS are adhered.
