Fenceline Sampling Kits

Our Sampling Kit is designed for you to be able to carry out one complete 14 day sampling event.  Everything you need for deploying, harvesting, and shipping samples to the laboratory is contained in this kit.

Source ID Active Sampling Kits

Utilizing the same sorbent tubes used for fenceline monitoring, a personal sampling pump can quickly pull grab samples for an instantaneous measurement.   The Active Sampling Kit can be used for collecting ambient samples between the source and the monitoring station. The pump provided allows for larger volumes and reporting limits similar to the 14-day fenceline monitoring reporting limits.

Caps

Swagelok - Model B60F - 1/4` Brass Compression Cap

Various Caps for 1/4" OD Thermal Desorption Tubes; Compression caps are used for storage both before and after sampling and include the necessary PTFE Ferrules. Aluminum Diffusion caps are used for passively sampling. Analytical caps are used for analysis and are compatible with robotic arms that de-cap and re-cap tubes in ATDs

Calibration Loading Rig

Model CCLR - Calibration Loading Rig

CCLR is designed to introduce external calibration solutions onto thermal desorption tubes via vapor phase, which is recommended by key international standard methods such as US EPA TO-17. CCLR consists of an unheated injector port with a toggle valve and a needle valve to control carrier gas flow. In the back there are two connection points: one for gas supply (1/8 inch) and the other for the thermal desorption tube (1/4 inch standard, 6mm adapter available).The sampling end of a fully packed thermal desorption tube is connected to the CCLR via a ¼` stainless steel nut and a combined (one-piece) PTFE ferrule. The carrier gas flow is set by a needle valve, to between 80 and 100 mL/min.
