Canatu - EUV Pellicles for High-NA Scanners
EUV pellicles are membranes used to protect the photomask from contamination while permitting high EUV transmission. EUV pellicles made of Canatu CNT offer unique benefits unparalleled by other materials. EUV pellicles made of Canatu CNT are a critical enabler of high yield and throughput in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. EUV pellicles protect the photomask from defects, enhance precision, shorten processing, and increase production efficiency on the wafer by ~25%, Defects in printing remain a key constraint to EUV lithography uptake. Build-up of tiny dust particles on a photomask (reticle) can lead to printing errors. Thus, a sophisticated particle filter like the EUV pellicle is required.

Canatu - Film Heaters
Film heaters using Canatu CNT provide clear field of vision for ADAS systems to function in any weather. Canatu carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are uniquely suited for demanding heating applications. Canatu produces nanoscale carbon networks on a variety of thin film substrates to form an extremely thin heating layer. These film heaters can be further customized to suit various customer specifications.
Canatu ADAS - LiDAR Heaters
LiDAR sensors are a key technology in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Together with cameras and radars, LiDARs enable understanding the environment in real time. LiDAR heaters based on the unique Canatu CNT technology ensure reliable LiDAR performance in any weather. Reliable LiDAR systems are critical in the development of autonomous driving. Key challenge in the automotive LiDAR adoption is to secure clear visibility in inclement weather. Accumulation of snow and ice can cause perception challenges preventing accurate 3D mapping of the vehicle’s surroundings. Canatu film heaters provide efficient deicing and defogging of the LiDAR lens advancing autonomous driving in any weather. Canatu LiDAR heater features excellent transmission, high heating performance, and excellent processing ability, making it ready for scale up.
Canatu - Headlamp Heaters
LED headlamps are far more energy-efficient compared to their older halogen counterparts. However, their rise in popularity poses a new challenge as LEDs do not generate sufficient heat to de-ice the lens in harsh weather. With efficient and even heating, high optical performance and direct surface integration by film insert molding, Canatu LED headlamp heaters are an optimal solution that prevent headlight obstruction and mitigate safety risks. Unlike their older halogen bulb counterparts, LED headlamps generate very little heat. Ice and snow can stick to the headlamp which can obstruct the view, increasing road safety risks. Canatu CNT film heaters provides even heating throughout the headlamp, keeping the optically critical areas clear from fog, snow and ice. Canatu CNT heaters can be high pressure formed or thermoformed into any 3D shape, and injection molded inside the polycarbonate (PC) lens for robustness.
Canatu ADAS - Camera Heaters
ADAS camera heaters require high levels of transmittance at visible and infrared wavelengths, as well as even heating to remove weather-related obstructions. Canatu CNT film heaters exhibit the ideal optical properties and heating performance that allow ADAS cameras to accurately detect surrounding objects in any weather. ADAS cameras create a continuous video stream of the environment. This is the source for advanced machine-learning-based object identification and incident detection algorithms. For ADAS cameras to perform reliably, it’s essential that the field of view through the lens is clear, making them sensitive to weather conditions. Efficacy can be lowered due to obstruction by fog, snow, ice or mist. Canatu ADAS camera heaters have been specially designed to overcome these challenges, ensuring reliable ADAS camera performance in any weather along with our ADAS LiDAR heaters.
