Capital Coil & Air hot water coils are used in a wide variety of HVAC air heating applications for both air handlers and duct work. Hot water coils typically consist of between 1-3 rows of tubes. Most hot water coils have air entering the system at a temperature ranging from 40-65°F while hot water enters the coil at a temperature around 180°F. Standard and custom designs are available for new and retrofit installations.

Our chilled water coils come with numerous tube, fin and material options. 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" OD Tubing. Hand brazed with silver bearing alloys.

High static units from 600 CFM up to 2000 CFM. Designed for jobs where high static pressure (0.50” max) is required.

The Horizontal Basic Belt Drive Air Handler (HWG) draw-through designs are available for indoor applications and are equipped with blowers that can handle high static applications. The HWG is housed in heavy-gauge galvanized cabinet (or painted casing) and insulated with ½-inch thick, over three pound, neoprene-coated fiberglass. The HWG comes with a ½-inch OD copper tube coil, forward-curved, dynamically balanced belt-driven blowers, motor, and a galvanized steel, powder-coated epoxy drain pan insulated with ?-inch thick insulation. A flat filter section, with a two-inch, 30% pleated efficiency filter is included. Access doors are located on both sides of the unit for easy maintenance. Supply and return-air openings have a one-inch duct collar.
