CAP-BORA Vacuum Loader represents the state-of-the-art vacuum technology. This equipment combines heavy duty vacuum efficiency and highest volume airflow thanks to the choice among a range of powerful three-lobe vacuum pumps capable of generating an airflow of 4.500 up to 11.000 m³/h at max. 90% vacuum efficiency. CAP-BORA can remove by suction either wet/dump or dry/dusty materials over long distances and depths. The long life and high efficiency of the CAPPELLOTTO filter system is guaranteed by an exclusive bag house with a full hydraulic upper door for quick access to filter bags. In addition, an exclusive self-discharging automatic system for the filter bag house avoids dead times for cleaning without stopping vacuum operations.

CAP BORA EXCAVATOR is a groundbreaking product noteworthy for its incredible performance, power and application versatility. As a more advanced version of vacuum loader, it is especially designed for excavating heavy materials in places that are inaccessible for traditional mechanical systems. CAP BORA EXCAVATOR is equipped with a high performance tri-lobe vacuum pump with 27” Hg vacuum and a maximum air capacity of 6600 cf / m. It features a self-cleaning protective sleeve filter that boosts performance. The innovative and internationally patented tank tipping system rotates and off-loads from a height of over 6,55 feet to fill up mobile skips through big bags. The rotating excavation arm is as powerful as a mechanical excavator and has a 220° working range. It is easy to operate and can be fitted with an incredible variety of accessories to improve its performance in any situation.

CAP-RECY is the evolution and development of CAP-COMBI. It is meant for carrying out the hydrodynamic cleaning of sewers and pipes in the most efficient and economical way ever. The integrated CAPPELLOTTO exclusive Recycling System separates the sludge from water by means of special filters and settling tanks. This way water is made available for being used again for the high-pressure pump system.

CAP GEO is a groundbreaking product noteworthy for its incredible performance, power and versatility of employ. As a more advanced version of suction machines for dust clearing, it is especially designed for excavating heavy materials in places that result inaccessible for traditional mechanical systems. CAP GEO is equipped with a high performance lobe-type pump with 65% vacuum and a maximum air capacity of 17,000 m³/h. It features a self-cleaning protective sleeve filter that enhances its performance.

This type of vehicle offers the best solution for the removal via vacuum of sludge sewage and liquid wastes from ducts, sewers and sewage plants, as well as for the transport of this material. The tanks are available in carbon or stainless steel, mounted either on a truck chassis, trailer, semi-trailer or roll-off-vehicle.

Where there is a need to clean pipes, sewers and ducts out of blockages, solid wastes and hardened deposits, Cappellotto offers the most economic and efficient solution. This consists of a tank, a high pressure pump and a hydraulic driven high pressure hose reel. The tank is cylindrical or poly-cylindrical. The water supply is guaranteed by means of a volumetric or centrifugal pump, or by external means.

This vehicle washes streets by high and low pressure and water spraying. Different options are available with special bar attachments, including telescopic versions. Cap Street equipment can be used on other versions from our product range.
