The double sintering process used in manufacturing our media results in superior strength and wear resistance with a consistent particle size and shape.

CARBOGRIND CT high-performance intermediate-density cylindrical ceramic grinding media is engineered with a low wear rate and high resistance to wear in order to provide unmatched economic advantages. The proprietary manufacturing process produces cylinders with mechanical properties similar to those of alumina balls.

The high quality, consistency, and purity of ACCUCAST FLOUR improves refractoriness and offers lower thermal expansion and greater compatibility than silica flour. It is inert and does not produce measurable respirable crystalline silica.
