"Care-Well" gear pump type "CWSS" is a self-priming, bi-directional & positive displacement rotary pump. Model “CWSS” having all Stainless Steel (SS-316) investment casting. These pumps have SS-316 Nitride Gear & Shaft to give Long servicelife & trouble-free operation. Teflon coated DU bush & “GFO” pack Sealing gives zero Leakage. These pumps are easy cleanable, easy maintainable in three-piece construction. The back cover can simply be removed by four Dom-Nut. The right-angle mounting brackets facilities foot mounting of the pump on base plate with electric motor of appropriate ratings.

Nitrated Gear& shafted rotor gives better performance with closed tolerance to give long life. Model “FIG” is flange mounted. These pumps are self-priming type produces maximum; vacuum determined by the cavity between the gear teeth. These pumps modified profile teeth cutting to give accurate capacity within the pressure range. These pumps are capable to run liquid up to 500 CST viscosity and up to temperature 200ºc. The sealing is done with mechanical seal to ensure zero leakage.

Model “CWRN” having three-piece construction it can be easily cleanable and maintainable. These pumps having a double helical refined gear and hardened grind finished shaft, double helical gear prevent axial load & side thrust which is help to increase life and performance of pump.

"CARE-WELL PUMPS" Rotary Lobe Gear Pumps are ideal for low viscosity, high viscosity, solids Particles. The Pumps are useful for handling viscous liquids i.e. all kinds of Dairy, Bakery, Beverages, Pharma, Cosmetics, Chocolates, Penut butter etc.Solid stainless steel, ASI 316 quality, pump head, rotors and shafts. Food quality rubber covered and plastic rotors are also available.

CARE-WELL “CWPCF” Series Centrifugal Chemical Process Pump are Horizontal, Single-stage, Volute casing pumps with dimensions and nominal ratings. The design permits dismantling of the complete bearing unit towards the drive end, without the pump casing having to be disconnected from the piping. If a spacer coupling is used it is also unnecessary to disconnect the motor. These are single stage, single suction, horizontal shaft type. They are made in accordance with DIN 24255. Models are available to operate at 1450 rpm and 2900 rpm.

Latest casing techniques ensure smoothness of hydraulic passages resulting in high efficiency and reliability under hazardous conditions. The enclosed impellers of the radial flow type are provided with balancing holes to balance the hydraulic axial thrust. The shaft is protected by shaft sleeve from wear in stuffing box area. The stuffing box can be sealed by gland packing or by mechanical seal with minor modification. These pumps are suitable for coupling with electric motors, IC engines or steam turbine either directly or through belt drives.
