Cascade - Model CCS Series - Stainless Steel Casing Spacers
Contractor planned on a full day with a wench cable to pull, jacking equipment to push, plus a 7 man crew. With CASCADE’S spacers the
entire 110` was installed in 1 hour 45 minutes using only a back hoe.
Cascade - Model CCES - Rubber End Seal
End seals pull over the casing and carrier pipe after installation to provide a barrier to backfill debris and seepage. Casing spacer end seals shall be a pull-over type construction and made from Neoprene rubber with a thickness between 3/32 and 1/8 inch, dependent on size and flexibility needed for proper fitment and functionality. End Seals shall utilize T304 stainless steel bands for securing each end to the casing pipe and carrier pipe. Casing spacer end seals shall be Model CCES as manufactured by Cascade Waterworks Mfg. Co. of Yorkville, IL.
Cascade - Model CCS-JR Series - Stainless Steel Joint Restraint Casing Spacer
Eliminate the need for the typical joint restraints, all stainless steel option for spacer and restraint, simple to use-trouble free installation. Casing spacer shall be made from T304 stainless steel of a minimum thickness of 14 gauge. Each shell section shall be 8” wide, and shall be a two-piece design. Each shell section shall have a stud bar and receiver bar TIG welded to the shell.
Cascade - Model CCS-ER Series - Stainless Steel Casing Spacer
For placement of large diameter pipe in casing where O.D. tolerances are a factor. Casing spacer shall be made from T304 stainless steel of a minimum thickness of 14 gauge. Each shell section shall be a maximum of 12" wide, and shall be a two-piece design. Each shell section shall have a stud bar and receiver bar TIG welded to the shel.
Cascade - Model CCSPL (GOLD) - Plastic Casing Spacer
For the placement of water or sewer pipe in casing. The casing spacers shall be made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and molded in segments for field assembly with hand tools. The casing spacer shall have integrally molded, solid-core runners extending beyond the bell.

For the placement of water or sewer pipe in casing. The casing spacers shall be non-metallic (High Density Polyethylene - HDPE) and molded in segments for field assembly with hand tools. The casing spacer shall have integrally molded, solid-core runners extending beyond the bell.

Cascade - Model CST-SL, CST-SL MJ Series - Tapping Sleeves (Stainless Steel - Super Light)
Make branch outlet connection from main supply line with patented double o-ring branch seal & full circumferential waffle mat gasket. Lighter Option with Stud and Receiver Bar assemblies. Easy to install — lighter and fewer parts than mechanical joint iron tapping sleeves. All branch sections double welded to both shell and flange –. TIG inside/MIG outside. All metal (including welds) fully chemically passivated in accordance with ASTM A380.
Cascade - Model CFT, CFT-ESS Series - Tapping Sleeve W/ Triangular Side Bars
Make branch outlet connection from main supply line epoxy coated. Tapping sleeve shall be made from a top shell section and a back shell section. The back shell section shall be ASTM A-285 Grade C or ASTM A-36 steel, with a minimum thickness of 3/16 inch for pipe diameters between 3.50” and 9.05” and a minimum thickness of 3/8 inch thick for pipe diameters over 9.05”, and have lug bars MIG welded to the shell. Each lug bar shall be ASTM A-285 Grade C or ASTM A-36 steel of a minimum thickness of 1/4 inch, and are MIG welded along the top and bottom edges.
Cascade - Model CFTLP, CFTLP-ESS Series - Tapping Sleeve W/ Triangular Side Bars
Make branch outlet connection from main supply line epoxy coated. Designed to accommodate lightweight plastic pipe. Specifically designed by Cascade for tapping and branching C900 and IPS sized PVC. The benefits of this design include specific diameter sizing to avoid ovalling of the PVC. When ordering CFT-LP’s, all sleeve part numbers reflect only diameter of pipe and show no range. On PVC, Polyethylene, thin wall and flexible pipe, the bolting torque should be a minimum of 50, maximum of 60 ft.-lbs. Model CFT-LP-ESS : CFT-LP with Epoxy Coating and Stainless Steel Bolts.
