The METAL SHARK® BD is used free-standing or combined with conveyor belts or chutes. Using 3D detection technology, it detects the smallest magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants (iron, stainless steel, aluminum etc.) precisely and reliably even under difficult conditions. The robust, closed stainless steel housing is easy to clean and therefore ideally suited to the food industry.

The METAL SHARK GF (Gravity Feed) is used for pipelines with free-falling products to detect metal contamination in continuously flowing granulates or powders such as sugar, flour, grain or even plastic granules. The sensitive sensors detect the smallest metal contaminants, and fast-switching separation flaps discharge them directly from the product stream during ongoing production.

The XRAY SHARK® XD28 series is particularly suitable for smaller, packaged food or non-food products contained in jars, boxes, plastic packaging and even metal foils or metal cans. It is CASSEL’s most compact x-ray device and therefore ideal for narrow production lines.

High precision, high speed! C80 is Teltek’s most advanced checkweigher. It enables you to use up to four weighing systems controlled by a mutual software. With this checkweigher solution, you can perform multi-line weighing (up to 4) with maximal overview and control. Teltek C80 checkweigher can be connected with filling machines and detection equipment. It supports data collection and can generate advanced statistics of production performance.
