DR120_Mini is the smallest twin-shaft shredder produced by the company Ing. Častulík, Ltd.. This machine is extra useful for the users, which are looking for the solution for decreasing of waste treatment costs. After shredding the bulky material often fills only 10% of original volume. Utility attributes guarantee fast recoverability of invested money and than savings of waste treatment costs. This machine can shred wooden and plastic crates and boxes, plastic and steel canisters and buckets, cans from paints, thinners or another chemicals. The equipment can shred various forms of plastic or rubber waste: films, bottles, cans, sheets, profiles, castings or die-castings.

Light series twin-shaft shredders DR160 serve for disintegration of well shreddable objects. In spite of the small size of the shredding chamber and small motor input the shredders offer wide range of applications. They can process metal and plastic containers, wood, crates, metal chips produced by machining, cardboard, loosen paper waste, paper stacks, books, paper pipes, wooden pallet pieces, municipal waste, plastic processing waste, cables and the like.

The application possibilities of the medium series shredders DR240 begin at the point where the light series shredders DR160 come to the end of their capacity. The separate drives actuate both shafts of those shredders, thus providing big power and ability to disintegrate big and heavy objects. They can process metal and plastic containers, metal chips produced by machining, cardboard and different kinds of loosen paper waste, paper pipes, bulk waste and municipal waste (car tyres, household appliances, refrigerators, carpets, mattresses, furniture), animal bodies, river deposits, cables, barrels containing liquid, pasty or solid materials, different kinds of wooden waste - tree trunks, limbs, wooden panels and packages, pallets and the like.

Shredders of the DR340 series represent the strongest production line, being manufactured at Ing. ÄŒastulík, Ltd. The robust mechanical design, two high-power separate electric drives providing high torques determine them for the heavy-duty applications. The company Ing. ÄŒastulík, Ltd. offers tailor-made transportation technology for input and output of the processed material.

CASTOR is single shaft shredder designated for shredding of cables, wood, plastics, paper, textile, rubber and similar materials to the grain size from 12 mm. The screen located in bottom of the shredder defines the size of the shredded material. The machine can shred material with mixture of minerals and steel in the form of nails, sheets and the like. CASTOR is equipped with pushing system. Pusher periodically pushes shredded material to the rotor. Control system checks the rotor loading, at the shredder overloading the pushing is interrupted and system keeps the shredder on smooth running.

PICUS is the low-speed single-shaft shredder, designed for small and medium-sized joinery com-panies and woodworking companies. It processes wooden scraps to chips suitable for combustion in automatic boilers or for briquetting.

The material is ground in the granulator on the linear cutting edge of working tools, which are located on the machine rotor and stator. The working tools on the stator are made up of two flat blades; three such blades are fixed to the rotor carriers. Technology with five rotor blades may be supplied if the customer wishes so. The stator and rotor blades are arranged in such a way that they form a certain angle with the rotor axis, which results in a shear effect.

Granulators of the SG series represent already the third evolutionary generation of the granulators produced by Ing. Častulík company. The SG series directly refers to the previous series of granulators designated as MN. The customer now gets the device with a respectable added value that comprises long term experience of the Ing. Častulík company with the design, production and efficient operation of shredding machines. This type of granulator is intended for processing plastics and rubber materials in various forms, e.g. mouldings, pipes, profiles and plates. When following certain conditions, it can be used for processing of wood, straw, bones, paper, leather, cables, aluminum and fibrous or porous materials.

The ROLLSTER roll screen represents a highly effective screening device for classifying various types of bulk material based on the grain size. A broad range of materials earth, aggregate, asphalt, concrete, wood, slag, biomass, compost, plastics, glass, ceramics, paper, cardboard, other material contained in municipal or industrial waste can be sorted using this type of screen. A considerable advantage of the ROLLSTER roll screen is its ability to process a broad range of frequently technologically extreme materials without the risk of jamming the infeed area.

Belt conveyors used for inter-operational transportation of material are an inseparable part of technological lines and waste processing workplaces. DOP series belt conveyors, which are offered by Ing. ÄŒastulík, s.r.o., are intended for the transportation of bulk, non-adhesive materials in light and medium operation. We adapt the basic construction of these machines to the application requirements of the customer.
