CAT Clean Air Technology - Cleanroom Tools
When it comes to cleanroom tools , stainless steel is your best choice. This material offers the maximum safety in terms of sterility and absence of pathogens thus contributing to reducing the product risk. Due to their corrosion resistance, stainless steel tools are particularly suitable for critical production processes as well as sterile and food processing areas where autoclaves or more aggressive media are used as well. The recurring extraneous rust of chrome vanadium tools is also no longer an issue with cleanroom tools made of stainless steel.
CAT Clean Air Technology - Oxygen-Reduced Storage Cabinet
The ORS (oxygen-reduced stocker) is used for the storage of highly sensitive electronic or optical components and products in an oxygen-reduced inert gas atmosphere (N₂, argon etc.). It is suitable for use in cleanrooms up to ISO class 5 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644.
AT Clean Air Technology PURE FOG - Fog generator
The requirements for the proof of hygienic processes through flow visualization have been redefined in the updated standards DIN EN ISO 14644 and VDI 2083. To consider this development, CAT Group has developed a new fog generator suitable for cleanrooms based on ultrapure water ultrasonic fogging – CAT PURE FOG.
AT Clean Air Technology Aircleaner Med - Universal Air Purifier System
We developed the Aircleaner Med in cooperation with the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences (Life Sciences Faculty). Based on the high hygiene requirements in medical practices, the air purifier filters aerosols particularly effectively from the room air (at least 99.95 %) and prevents the inhalation of infectious germs such as bacteria and viruses , but also from allergens (pollen, fine dust).
