To be able to guarantee safety, functionality or energetically optimized operation of cleanrooms throughout their entire service life, the right steps must be taken at an early stage. For us as experts in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) including the associated process engineering , tailored consulting and detailed planning are therefore our top priority.

Before a cleanroom can be used for production, numerous acceptance measurements are necessary. This way, proof is provided to customers and authorities that the specifications and acceptance limits of the respective required standards and customer requirements have been met. We execute these measurements reliably – in accordance with EU-GMP, DIN EN ISO 14644, FDA, VDI 2083 und DIN EN ISO 8573.

No room for deviations: Accuracy and exact measured values are the heart of our work. The measuring devices required for monitoring in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644 for cleanrooms as well as dryrooms and cleanliness rooms must absolutely provide correct measurement results. We check this through calibrations at predefined, recurring intervals – for your own and your customers’ safety.

Tracking down turbulences: Flow visualizations show the movement patterns of air in a room, allowing analysis and forecasting. They are therefore central requirements of the GMP guidelines as well as DIN EN ISO 14644 and VDI 2083. High-quality flow visualizations are also becoming increasingly important for FDA inspections – a requirement that CAT Group fully meets.
