This triplex (three plunger rods) positive displacement, reciprocating plunger pump is constructed with a brass manifold, 304 stainless steel valve assemblies, solid ceramic plunger and standard NBR (Buna-N) seals and O-rings. The 1CX is the perfect fit for misting applications that require 0.5 GPM or less. With seals that run thousands of hours before requiring any servicing, the 1CX is small but has the same life expectancy as our industrial products. This ultra-compact, direct-drive single plunger misting-cooling pump includes a pressure regulator for maintaining pressure with multiple nozzles. 1CX Series pumps couple to custom-designed 1/4 or 1/2 HP single-phase 60 Hz motors to fit in small spaces. There is a 50 Hz motor available as well. An optional pulse hose reduces pulsation and lowers the amp draw.

We have designed our TEG pumps to handle Triethylene Glycol (TEG) up to 240°F (116°C). Our electric/engine-driven TEG pump product line has been field-proven in the most rigorous dehydration conditions and will meet Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP) compliance and lower regulatory cost. The 1725 RPM permits multiple drive options, including direct drive with a bell housing and flexible coupling, clutch or belt drive.

304SSL construction offers corrosion resistance and increases operating life over typical cast iron models. Unique bulge formed components eliminates harsh radius and welds and provides greater efficiency and durability. Lubricated double mechanical seal offers dependable performance with a variety of liquids. Air filled, continuous-duty motors for reliable, long term operation. Single phase motor features permanent split capacitor and thermal protection with automatic reset for added protection and extend motor life. Versatile, reliable operation whether fully or partially submerged. Multiple sizes from 1/2 to 2 hp offers application flexibility. Sealed float switch for automatic operation.

Multiple piston cup and seal configurations are available with NBR (Buna-N) O-rings. The lower RPM belt drive design provides strong inlet suction and long-lasting pump and seal life.

The "K" indicates the pump is built with a unique flushed inlet manifold that permits an external liquid to provide added cooling for high-temperature fluids and lubrication for low-lubricity liquids like DI (deionized) water. When used with the 990663 Flushing Assembly, the package offers a self-contained fluid source for pumping through the flushed manifold.

Cat Pumps products work best with fluids with a pH level between 5 and 9 and a viscosity less than 500 cP (centipoises).
