The Universal Roller Skid (URS) was created to increase the effectiveness and lifespan of your portable video inspection system. The device’s ability to contract and expand for use in 6”-18” pipelines will allow you to use your portable video inspection system in applications that previously required expensive tractor systems. The URS1 allows for inspection cameras to negotiate multiple corners and bends and increases the depth range significantly. The URS accepts most standard push cameras under 2 inches diameter. The URS is constructed of lightweight, durable, corrosion resistant composite nylon.

The 2” wheel kit includes a complete set of 6 wheels which are the standard sized wheels that come on the URS1. These wheels center the URS1 from 6” to 12” pipes. They can be installed easily with a 7/16” or 11mm wrench. Be sure not to over tighten the wheels which will not allow them to turn. This is the OEM replacement wheels for the URS1 should you wear them out. (it happens from time to time). This kit includes all 6 wheels.

3 Inch Wheels For The Universal Roller Skid - Increasing Pipeline Centering Inspection. Now you can center your push camera up to 14" pipe diameter with our 3" Universal Roller Skid Wheel Kit. Designed by customer request you can center your push camera up to 14" pipe diameter with our 3" Universal Roller Skid Wheel Kit. The 3” wheels also allow the URS1 to work in larger than 14” pipes and keep the camera off the bottom of the pipe. This kit includes all 6 wheels. The 3” wheel kit includes a complete set of 6 wheels which are an option for larger pipes for the URS1. These wheels center the URS1 from 8” to 14” pipes and allow the URS1 to work in even larger pipes. They can be installed easily with a 7/16” or 11mm wrench. Be sure not to over tighten the wheels which will not allow them to turn.

Based on user response to the Universal Roller Skid (URS1) for 6”-12” pipelines and the demand that followed, CPI Products has developed the Mini URS (URS4) for 4” (100mm) to 6” (150mm) pipelines. The Mini keeps your camera centered in the pipeline and protects it from wear and tear. Eight wheels mounted on the skid allow the camera to roll easily in 4” and 6” pipelines. The Mini easily negotiates 90° bends. The Mini URS is constructed of the same lightweight, durable, corrosion resistant composite nylon as the larger version. This product does not include a push camera.

The lightweight NANUK 930 secures bulkier equipment that is sensitive to the elements. Its waterproof, dustproof, impenetrable and indestructible NK-7 resin shell and stays shut tight with its PowerClaw superior latching system. Tabs provided to add small padlocks for extra security. Large HD Waterproof Carrying Case w/o foam Nanuk 930 (L19.8"xW16"xH7.6"). Available with foam custom cut to secure your CPI roller skids. $135.00 without foam and $167.00 with foam which is cut out and glued on for CPI Roller Skids.

New DrainTrain enables your push camera to travel further with less damage in 3" (76mm) pipes. Cameras up to 1.375" or 35mm fit the DrainTrain. Three independent parts create the DrainTrain and two camera adapters are included. 3” (76mm) pipelines. The DrainTrain™ is constructed of the same lightweight, durable, corrosion resistant composite nylon as the larger version. It provides a protective housing that increases camera lifetime. This product does not include a push camera.

The Wohler Camera Skid (URS) was created specifically for the Wohler Camera and designed to increase the effectiveness and lifespan of the video inspection system. The device’s ability to contract and expand for use in 6”-18” pipelines will allow you to use your portable video inspection system in applications that previously required expensive tractor systems. The Wohler Camera Skid allows for the inspection camera to negotiate multiple corners and bends while significantly increasing the inspection depth range. The URS1-W is constructed of lightweight, durable, corrosion resistant composite nylon.

These are direct replacemebt legs for the URS1 and URS1-W. Complete replacement set of legs for the URS1. Easily changed with 7/16” or 11mm wrench. If you break legs on the URS1 usually it is due to not using a retrieval rope when returning the camera. The retrieval rope reduces strain on the camera push rod cable and makes the URS1 come back much easier.

Trapmaster (URS-TM) for 4-6” pipe fits cameras up to 1.56" or 39.5 mm (camera not included). The TrapMaster™ was developed to negotiate a 4" trap and keep your camera centered throughout the process. Eight wheels mounted on the skid allow the camera to roll easily in 4” to 6” pipelines. The TrapMaster™ is constructed of the same lightweight, durable, corrosion resistant composite nylon as the larger version. It provides a protective housing that increases camera lifetime. This product does not include a push camera.
