Starting with feasibility studies and preliminary engineering design through final design and construction specification to on-site inspection and construction management services.
Environmental Services
The Environmental Services Division of CCA specializes in cost effective resolution of regulatory compliance issues and general environmental quality concerns. In order to address the wide variety of situations that may need to be analyzed at any particular site, CCA offers expertise and support services in the following areas: CCA provides high quality service with the intent of satisfying regulatory requirements at minimum cost. Our special combination of experience, technical knowledge, and management skills are used to achieve regulatory acceptance when agency guidelines are inadequate and negotiations are required. An excellent working relationship has been developed between CCA personnel and regulatory agencies at both the State and Federal level.

The Surveying Division of CCA provides complete surveying services to federal, state, local and private clients.
