Designed for field installations where the carrier pipe has been installed in a casing. Involves simply wrapping the seal around the carrier pipe and casing; then compressing the adhesive strips together for a seal. Installation is completed when the stainless steel banding is installed and tightened.

Easily installed as the carrier pipe is pulled through the casing. The installation process is completed with the installation of stainless steel banding straps to the carrier and the casing pipe. This end seal has excellent chemical resistance and retains good flexibility.

CCI Joint Seal is a cold applied tape engineered to seal external concrete joints providing a water-tight solution for joints on manholes, concrete pipe, square vaults, catch basins and other concrete structures. Joint Seal provides a water-tight solution while protecting the joints from inflow and infiltration.

Flange lugs are made to be installed on the rear sides of ANSI Class 125 B16.1 and Class 150 B16.5 flanges to facilitate the spanning of tie rods across an unrestrained piping component. CCI flange lugs are also utilized with rubber expansion joints preventing uncontrolled expansion.
