Diaphragm Pumps - Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps

CDR - 1.5" Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

The AA40 (1 1/2″) series of air operated diaphragm pumps are available in materials including Polypropylene, PVDF, Aluminium and Stainless Steel.  The lube free air motor is encased within an epoxy coated centre section, lending itself to harsh chemical environments.

CDR - 1/2 Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

The AT15 (1/2″) is a solid compact pump design, operating on as little as 20 psi air pressure with easy to access, stall free air motor, available in material including Polypropylene, PVDF and Acetal.

Diaphragm Pumps- Electric Double Diaphragm Pump

CDR - Electric Double Diaphragm Pump

EODD pumps are ideal for applications that require low pulsation and a smooth flow. The patented air charged drive allows for the elimination or reduction of pulsation WITHOUT expensive pulsation dampeners or surge tanks.

Mag Drive Pumps - Metallic Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps

CDR - Cartridge Pump System

Keep your site running with our revolutionary new pump cartridge system.  The cartridge assembly is a pre-assembled rotating element, complete with; impeller, internal magnet, all bearings, bearing support and all gaskets. Reduces downtime Due to its integral design, engineers can replace the cartridge in a matter of minutes Reduces risk Minimises mis-installation as this comes as a complete unit Reduces cost These cartridges are an economical way for keeping spares on the shelf to cover your existing magnetically driven CDR pumps

CDR - Magnetic Drive Pump

The UTS EVO Magnetic Drive Pump is both highly efficient and extremely durable.  This mag drive pump is available as either a long-coupled (UTS Evo)  or close-coupled (UTS-B Evo) option and features a zero-vapour loss and corrosion resistant design for heavy duty chemical and pharmaceutical applications.  Suitable for both high temperature and low temperature executions from -100° up to +180° as standard which is expandable up to +300° with the right choice of options.

CDR - Solids Handling Mag Drive Pumps

Say goodbye to fluid contamination with the first solids handling magnetically driven centrifugal pump. It has long been known that magnetically driven centrifugal pumps are unable to handle fluids with any solid content as fluid paths get blocked rendering the pump unusable…. UNTIL NOW…

Mag Drive Pumps - Metallic Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps

CDR - Mobile Pumping Station (MPS)

The Mobile Pumping Station (MPS) is a specialist pumping station, designed for the safe handling and unloading of the increasingly popular IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers) which are used extensively for the storage and transport of hazardous chemicals. Environmental and Health & Safety legislation is applying pressure to Industry to ensure the safe handling of chemicals is a priority for operatives, and this unit takes into consideration all these consideration factors.

CDR - Magnetic Drive Pump

Suitable for handling corrosive and hazardous liquids, the UTN Line up of lined magnetic drive pumps are the right choice for the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.  Available as a long-coupled UTN-L and a short coupled UTN-BL to cover all bases, these pumps feature a zero-vapour loss design and are manufactured to ISO 2858 standards.

Mech Seal Pumps - Metallic Mechanical Seal Centrifugal Pumps

CDR - Mechanically Sealed Centrifugal Pump

Built according to ISO Standard 2858 and 5199, the TCHM mechanically sealed centrifugal pumps are sturdy and reliable close-coupled pumps.  They can cover a wide range of duties and applications and are flanged to UNI2223-2229 PN16. Liquids of up to 140°C can be handled and with the inclusion of shrouded and vortex type impellers they are able to handle either clean or contaminated liquid covering a wide range of duties and applications.   NPSH requirements are extremely low and hydraulic efficiency is high. Available in Ductile iron, Super Duplex, 316 Stainless Steel Hastelloy C and Alloy 20 for resistance to wear and corrosion performance is therefore assured for a long life.

CDR - Mechanical Seal Pump

Available in a variety of configurations, the TCH range of mechanically seal centrifugal pumps offer you a cost-effective option for chemical processing and fluid handling applications.  These heavy-duty pumps are robust and can handle clean, contaminated and abrasive liquids which are hot, superhot, acidic or caustic whilst different impeller options allow for a wide range of viscosities.    Improved manufacturing standards in accordance with ISO 2858 / DIN 24256 provides you with efficient, reliable and safe solution for more arduous applications with increased shaft rigidity and longer bearing life over water spec pumps.
