Atmospheric air always contains humidity. As a result of the compression process, condensate is generated and the compressed air is saturated. Any small variation of the operating temperature may cause new condensate which may cause damage to your air distribution system or the products the air is in contact with. Ceccato CDX 4-840 refrigerant dryers have been developed to solve this problem. They remove the water vapor content in your compressed air, delivering dry air at a dewpoint of up to +3°C.

Our Ceccato ADS 1-215 adsorption dryers efficiently eliminate moisture from your airnet providing dry air of very high quality. This is necessary in environments with temperatures below the freezing point or for most demanding applications, such as the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and optical/ glass/ cristal industries, or for work on integrated circuits, for example, where extremely dry air with dew points of -20°C, -40°C or even -70°C is necessary.

Effective condensate treatment with environmentally friendly technology. Every air compression process produces condensate containing oil and other contaminants. Also the condensate separated in refrigerant dryers or in cyclon separators contain oil. Collecting and disposing of this polluted condensate is both difficult and extremely costly. Discharging even a small quantity of it into the sewage system is illegal as it causes extensive pollution. Our innovative Ceccato FOD 21-1440 oil-water separators are a simple and environmentally friendly solution to this problem. Separating oil and water through a multistage cascade filtration system results in rinsed water which can be discharged into the sewage system and a limited amount of oil to be disposed of in a specialized center.

There are many industries and processes where compressed air and nitrogen are used at higher pressures of up to 40 bar. PET blowing, laser cutting, pressure tests and abrasive cutting are among some of the widespread processes in which air or nitrogen boosters can be an integral part of the installation. The BSTAIR booster can be connected to the plant’s low-pressure network. The standard booster range has a discharge pressure of up to 40 bar, with a flow range of 0.4 m3/min to 3.6 m3/min.
