EIS - Sacrificial Adsorption Systems
Sacrificial adsorption systems are often used in the odour control of process streams with very low inlet concentrations and for toxic gas polishing.Generally these are fixed bed systems that use activated carbon to remove the contaminant, although other materials are available for specialist applications. The contaminant is adsorbed onto the high surface within the material and adsorption continues until the carbon has been fully utilised, at which time it is replaced.

EIS - Filtration System
ln order to allow discharge straight to atmosphere or to allow treatment of VOC or odorous emissions from some industrial process, it may be necessary to remove particulate from the exhaust stream. This could be paint particulate from spraybooths, dust from municipal refuse tipping halls, inorganic material from a sewage sludge drier or a myriad of other applications.
EIS - Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers
We manufacture a range of Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers that operate in autothermal flameless mode with zero gas input and we can also modify your existing RTO equipment to operate in the same way in order to reduce the overall consumption of energy. Environmental Integrated Solutions can provide a heat recovery media which provides a thermal efficiency that is greater than standard media.

If the contaminant level is sufficiently high to require a high carbon replacement rate, but is not sufficiently high enough to make other technologies cost-effective, then a regenerable system may be applicable.
