Portable Weigh Pad offers the convenience of portability and mobility for your weighing requirements. These Weigh Pads weigh only about 20 Kgs and comes in different models to suit your varying requirements. Made with superior quality aluminium alloy, Portable Weigh Pad comes in different capacities. These light weight weigh pads are easy to carry and a work station can be set up in a few minutes. Celtronic Weigh Pads do not need any civil installation. Just place these pads on any compacted level surface and start weighing. Owing to its ultra slim design, any vehicle can climb on / off the Weigh Pad easily. Different configurations are available for Wheel weighing, Axle weighing and also for determining the Gross Vehicle Weight. The display unit has battery back up to use the equipment remote areas where stable power supply is not available.

A Weigh in Motion (WIM) system is designed to be an economical and convenient solution for measuring the weight of moving trucks. It consists of two sub frames with four load cells embedded in the scale. It does not require any large foundation and can be installed in a small compacted pit ensuring speedy installation at a very low cost. Whenever the vehicle passes over the platform, the individual axle weight, the number of axles and the total weight of the vehicle is detected and recorded. The system can also be used to detect the number of vehicles and the type of vehicle passing on the platform. Cameras attached with the system helps in capturing the images of the vehicle passing over the platform. These images can be used to know the vehicle number and the type of vehicle. Celtronic Weigh in Motion systems are easy to install and calibrate and can be used for weighing all types of vehicles from light vans to articulated trucks.
