Data Acquisition System
CEMSI has over 25 years of proven and dependable service providing DAS solutions. All CEMS designed and built by CEMSI use a Data Acquisition System that incorporates programmable logic controllers, industrial PC’s, flexible networking architecture and industrial automation software.
Velocity and Temperature Measurement System
Velocity and temperature measurement is in any facility operation (eg. indoor exhaust air, exhaust gases). Accurate flow measurements are critical to the calculation of mass emissions, or process control applications. Flow Measurement is also useful for monitoring & troubleshooting internal processes at various points.
Emissions Measurement Plant
Industrial plants requiring approval are subject to strict requirements for compliance of emissions limit values. For monitoring it is only allowed to use measuring devices approved by the Federal Environment Agency. The approval requirements are defined in EN 15267. The number of measured components depends on the plant type, but also on the used fuel.
Tracing Particulate System
The air is the elixir of life. However, the air contains impurities, whose composition and concentration vary depending on the location. Various researches have shown that the fine dust particles in the air are damaging to the heart, lungs and brain. For measurement is often used complex and expensive measurement technology. Thanks to the compact fine dust sensors of Dr. Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG this is now history. These are a low cost measuring devices for industrial applications.
Behind Wet Scrubber:
The M&C sample tubes are used in combination with the M&C gas sample probes series SP for point selective continuous gas sampling in processes with low dust loadings.AO2000 Series - Continuous Gas Analyzer
The various Limas11 process photometers are easily configured to meet individual process measurement requirements. The Limas11 UV and Limas11 IR photometers measure up to five (5) components (including the optionally installed oxygen sensor. The Limas11 HW photometer measures up to four (4) components and uses the UV-RAS method (ultra-violet resonant absorption spectroscopy) to selectively measure the sample component NO.
AO2000 Series - Continuous Gas Analyzer
The Caldos25 is designed for highly corrosive applications. The measuring cell with its glass-coated resistor is especially resistant to corrosive gases. With the Caldos25, pressure correction is not required since the measurement signal is completely independent of the sample gas pressure - whether negative or positive.
AO2000 Series - Continuous Gas Analyzer
The smallest of measuring ranges and fast measurements are characteristics of the Caldos27 thanks to its silicon sensor. In addition, the micro-structure of the sensor gives the Caldos27 a particularly short T90 response time. Measuring ranges can be selected freely. An exceptionally long-term stability of the end point permits the Caldos27 single-point calibrations with only one gas.
AO2000 Series - Continuous Gas Analyzer
The Magnos206 is based on the paramagnetic behavior of oxygen and magneto-mechanical measuring principle. Thanks to the short T90 time, the Magnos206 is also suitable for measuring rapid changes in the concentration of the sample gas.
