CEMET Ltd. is a manufacturer and one of the owners of the European patent application for an innovative reamer shoe tool used in the drilling industry. The product is a response to the problem of swelling clays. This phenomenon occurs during the drilling process with use of water-based drilling mud in clay intervals. The swelling of clay layers often results in an interception of casing pipes and a number of problems leading to improper cementation of the borehole.

We manufacture both low and high pressure tanks. We can have them designed and manufacture them according to PED rules and we are also familiar with the Merkblatt 2000 document. Rollers help us achieve nice, continuous welds along the whole perimeter of tanks. Of course, all welding work is supervised by our welding engineer. After the fabrication process, we can run a pressure test of the tanks for you.

Water deficit, economic reasons and natural environment protection regulations encourage enterprises to use the water in a more economical manner and reduce its waste. Water savings in technological processes can be attained by building closed cycles, where the same water is repeatedly reused. Using closed cycles is both significantly more ecology friendly and cheaper, then disposing of once-used water to sewage systems, rivers or seas. Cooling towers play a key role in water flow closed cycles, reducing the temperature of water heated by machines or industrial processes and allowing for it to be reused for cooling.
