Our spunbond nylon 6,6 substrates provide the highest uniformity properties with exceptional air permeability values.  This superior fabric uniformity translates into a more consistent mean pore size for your filtration application and is ideal for high end media composites which require melt blown, nano electrospinning, glass and other engineered media materials. Also, our fabrics are commonly ultra sonic bonded and stitched which allow for a wide variey of options for the media producer. Additional properties of our polyamide 6,6 include superior strength and temperature resistance while providing a thinner basis weight profile than our competitors.
