The BB2 is a powerful control box that can support a combination of up to four different sensors from the X-series measuring dissolved oxygen, suspended solids, pH, ORP and open channel flow. BB2 will only support one CTX sensor due to power requirements. CBX sludge blanket must use BB1 control unit. Weighing less than 3 lbs (1.4 kg), the BB2 is distinguished by a three-button panel used to navigate the intuitive software. The plug & play capabilities of the BB2 ensure an easy installation. Calibration is performed in just a few simple steps.

The ITX Suspended Solids Sensor is the ultimate tool for effective process control. The sensor is used for continous measurement of suspended solids in aeration basins (MLSS), return sludge troughs, SBR-systems, raw sewage, primary clarifier effluent and sewer monitoring in industrial plants. The sensor is an integral part of controlling solids retention time (SRT) or sludge age. The measuring principle is a single beam of pulsed NIR-light. The LED light source pulses at 880 nm and has a guaranteed life of at least three years. In each installation the meter is calibrated using actual lab tests for up to five sample points. An automatic cleaning system with built-in flushing nozzles ensures accurate measurements with little maintenance.

The ITX-IL In-Line Suspended Solids Sensor is the ultimate tool for effective process control supplied with 1 ½” SS isolation valve. Designed for up to 87 psig (6 bar) applications with built-in mechanical stop. The sensor is used for continous measurement of suspended solids in RAS, WAS, MLSS and Sand Filter Backwash monitoring in industrial plants. Dissolved Oxygen Sensor O2X for continous measurement of dissolved oxygen in SBR systems, aeration basins and final effluent. The O2X is essential in saving energy associated with running blowers in aeration basins. The measurement of dissolved oxygen also assists in controlling nitrification/denitrification and leads to better process control. The oxygen electrode provides stable and reliable readings. The special, patented design of the electrode ensures that the air bubble will not touch the silver anode when in operation.

The Cerlic CTX20/25LC Low Suspended Solids Sensor was developed to measure very low solids concentrations in Reuse water and final effluent in the municipal and industrial markets. The CTX20/25LC sensor is used to continuously measure solids that are greater than 0.88 microns. The Sensor can be calibrated for 0-10 ppm in increments of 0.1 ppm. New factory set temperature compensation value allows for very stable values all year round. Unit is zero calibrated at factory, so you only need to add a liquid calibration point in the field.

Cerlic CBX is a reliable stationary sludge blanket meter that detects sedimented or thickened sludge at various positions in waste water treatment plants. The meter may also be used for applications measuring an interface in a floating medium.
