High Pressure Separators
Our line of separators is extensive and varied and they mirror the requirements of our well testing customer’s diversified needs. Therefore, we are able to handle 2, 3 or 4 phase separation at pressures up to 2,000 psi WP and rates from 8 MMscfd / 1,000 Bbld to 600+ MMscfd / 65,000 Bbld. Units are skid or trailer mounted for fast rigging and ease of operation. Multiple vessels may be called upon to conduct a specific project in the safest and most professional manner. All vessels feature drip pans, the ability to measure individual component or total flow rates and continuous evacuation or easy-clean features to assure that solids build-up does not jeopardize the integrity or safety of a project.Low Pressure Separators
Like our high pressure separators, our fleet of low pressure vessels is large and diverse in design, function and setup. These vessels range from 75 psi WP (pressurized tanks) to 230 psi WP. These vessels perform exceptionally well in totally controlling the pipeline’s effluent and in insuring that a liquid sent to storage is acceptably “dead”. Expensive liquids used during cleansing operations can often be resold or returned for credit which makes their capture and purity of utmost importance. Measurement capability, drip pans and continuous evacuation or easy-clean features are available on all units.Dual Service Filtersep
Dual Service Filtersep is used in dry or liquid Pigging applications to insure the lines are free of debris (Black Powder) or other particulates. Flow can’t be interrupted; chemical cleaning and/or Hydro testing is not feasible. CETCO has in inventory Tandem sets of Filter/Seps, that allows uninterrupted flow, NO DOWN TIME to change out filter elements.Liquid Service Filtersep
Liquid ServiceFiltersep is unique to the service industry. They allow the customer to pig their line and capture ALL DEBRIS, Also, with tandem sets of filters. Our customer will have NO interruption of flow due filter element change out. CETCO can provide any specific filter element down to 5 – micron.
